    Watch

    We monitor the system remotely. A missed run, a flow alert, a controller that dropped off the wifi. We see it before the yard does.

    Tune

    The schedule changes with the seasons. Deeper in the heat, lighter in the cool months, paused when the weather is already doing the work.

    Mend

    Repairs are made on site during testing. A head, a nozzle, a fitting. Anything bigger is estimated first, and nothing moves until you say so.

    Settle

    Invoiced and paid automatically on the card on file. No paperwork, no chasing.
