The Studio

A studio
in the trees.

One piece of ground on the Texas Gulf Coast, with everything we sell already standing on it. Not a showroom. The place the standard is set before it ever leaves for your gate.

The Standard

We hold it here first.

The drive is an Arrival Zone. The terrace is a Staycation. The trees at the back are Grow With Me and Legacy, and they have been in the ground long enough to prove it. Every program we sell is planted, lit and maintained on this property to the exact standard we quote.

That is the whole reason it exists. Not to be toured — to be held to. If we cannot hold the standard here, we have no business quoting it on yours.

So nothing you are shown is a rendering. It is a photograph of something we have already grown, already lit, already kept alive through a Gulf Coast August. The work arrives at your property tested.

And it arrives to you. We do not ask anyone to come see us. We come to your ground, walk it in the dirt, and read what is actually there.

The Porch · Morning

The day starts here and ends somewhere on your property.

I do not pitch from a deck. I walk your ground — then we sit, honestly, and decide if we fit.

— J Core, Founder · Still in the dirt

Every Day

What the studio actually looks like.

No stock. No staging. These are the rooms the drawings come out of and the grounds they get tested on.

The den — the piano is 114 years old
The greenhouse

The Grounds

Every program, in the ground.

The beds are not a display. They are the same install we sell, on the same maintenance calendar, fed by the same Root Juice™ program — and they get judged every single morning by the people who built them.

Nothing leaves here that has not survived here first.

After Dark

The second property you own.

A landscape has two lives. We light this one every night to keep learning the second one — beam angles, fixture heights, how a live oak reads at eleven o'clock in November.

That is why the lighting on your property lands the first time. We already made the mistakes on ours.

Behind It

A real crew. A real yard.

Not a strip mall and a logo. A full crew rolls out of this yard before the sun is up, off a fleet that has earned every mile.

The dawn huddle — before first light
Loaded out, golden hour

The Walk

We come to your ground.

Tell us where the property is and what is bothering you about it. We walk it with you, in the dirt, and you will know quickly whether we are a fit. The first conversation is always free.
