The Premise
The night a property announces the season.
Holiday lighting is the one season every property gets photographed by people who do not live there. Carolers, deliveries, neighbors driving home a different way. The lighting either reads as composed, or it reads as effortful.
Scapes designs the lighting against the architecture — warm white LED for the bones of the property, a deeper amber on specimen plantings, a controlled use of color only where the brand of the home calls for it. We install, run, monitor, and remove on a fixed schedule. The client never opens a box.
Storage is at the studio. A property's lighting set is dedicated to the property, in numbered crates, refreshed annually.

Holiday lighting is booked by August for the same year. The earlier the design conversation, the better the install reads in November.
