Anybody can buy a truck. Anybody can buy equipment. Anybody can print a logo on a shirt. That is the easy part. The hard part is finding people who care — who notice what others miss, who take ownership, who understand that excellence is built one decision at a time. One adjustment. One conversation. One person who sees what the rest walk past.

Every face here earned their place. Not because we needed another employee — because we found another person capable of carrying the standard. And every name carries a real inbox: write to any of them directly, client or not.

The trucks matter. The equipment matters. The systems matter. But none of it matters more than the people wearing the shirt. The founder takes the last seat, not the first.
