Estate Refresh takes all of it in one pass. Soft wash where the surface is delicate, pressure only where it belongs, and never bleach into the planting. The roof gets a treatment that keeps working after we leave.
In the visit: the roof, a soft wash of the house, gutters and downspouts inside and out, exterior windows, and the flatwork — drive, walks, porch, pool deck, outdoor kitchen, flagstone, equipment pads, the mailbox.
