PWC is the daily rhythm of a maintained estate — pruning, weeding, edging, blowing, the deliberate cleaning of a property line so the eye reads composition, not effort.
Most landscape companies blow the drive and call it service. We prune for shape, weed by hand at the root, and clean as if the homeowner walks the property in twenty minutes. Because often, that is exactly what happens.
PWC is performed on the same schedule, to the same standard, every visit — by a crew that knows the property cold.

What does the Estate Reset™ include?
The Estate Reset™ is the cleanup that brings a property back to standard. We prune, weed and clean the beds, cut the edges clean, and haul everything away. It is estimated from experience, and you are billed for the actual time it takes to do it right. From there, PWC keeps it that way.
Will my invoice ever be higher than the estimate?
Not without a conversation. The only time we touch your invoice without talking to you first is when it goes down. If we estimated ten hours and it took eight, you pay for eight. If it is ever going to go up, you will hear it from me before it happens.
