Irrigation · Flow Diagnostic™
When the water isn't going
where it should.
We find out why. Flow Diagnostic™ is Scapes' professional irrigation troubleshooting and repair service.
Flow Diagnostic™
Sometimes the symptom and the source are twenty feet apart.
An irrigation system can fail in a dozen different ways, and most of them aren't obvious from the surface.
A patch of struggling grass might be a clogged nozzle, a broken underground line, a valve that isn't opening, or a sprinkler that hasn't been adjusted in years. A wet spot might be a leaking head, a valve that won't close, or water traveling underground from somewhere entirely different.
No guessing. No throwing parts at a problem. No selling you a new system because one component stopped doing its job.
We find the problem. We explain the solution. We make it right.
The Process
Every system tells a story. We know how to read it.
We establish what's happening. We review the controller, run every zone, and watch how water moves across the property. Heads that aren't rising. Zones that won't activate. Water still flowing after a zone should have shut down. These aren't just inconveniences. They're clues.
We follow the evidence. A failure in one part can show up somewhere else. We check valves, trace electrical faults and look for underground leaks until we find the cause.
We make a plan. We explain what we found. Straightforward repairs can be handled during the visit with your OK. Bigger work gets an estimate first. And if it just needs an adjustment, we'll tell you that, too.
Our job isn't to make the repair bigger. It's to make the problem smaller.
The Investment
Professional answers. Clear expectations.

From Finding to Preventing
Flow Diagnostic™ finds what's wrong today. Estate Flow™ keeps an eye on tomorrow.
It's the difference between discovering a leak when the lawn starts dying and having a system that flags abnormal water flow before the damage spreads.
Flow Diagnostic™ serves Kingwood, Atascocita, Humble, Porter, New Caney, Roman Forest, Splendora, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, and the lake communities of Willis, Livingston, Cape Royale and Lake Houston.
