We are not building a better controller. We are doing the part almost nobody does — specifying the right hardware for this property, then programming it against the real architecture, the real sun, the real soil, and the real hours a family keeps.
Done right, the property stops asking anything of you. Lighting comes up at dusk and stands down at midnight. Irrigation reads the forecast and skips the rain you were going to pay for anyway. Mist answers the thermometer. Audio waits in the rooms until you want it.
